By accessing or using SaleemCare you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of another person, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

You must be at least 18 years old to create a SaleemCare account. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only through an account created and supervised by a parent or legal guardian. By using SaleemCare you confirm that you meet these requirements.

SaleemCare provides an AI-assisted symptom assessment and related health-information features to help you understand the possible causes of your symptoms and prepare for a consultation. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-emergency purposes.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings → Account → Delete account) or by contacting us; deletion is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

SaleemCare's assessments are generated by an automated system based on the information you provide. They are estimates offered for informational purposes only, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and do not create a doctor–patient relationship. They are not a medical diagnosis, prescription, or treatment plan.

SaleemCare is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with any questions about a medical condition, and never disregard or delay seeking professional advice because of something you read in SaleemCare. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for any decisions you make based on the Service. You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it to provide medical advice to others.

Your use of SaleemCare is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service you consent to those practices.

All content, software, trademarks, and materials in SaleemCare are owned by SaleemCare or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service; you may not copy, modify, or distribute it without our permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaleemCare and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any health outcome, arising from your use of or reliance on the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Jordan.
